Q + A

How do we R.S.V.P?

Formal invitations will be sent out soon, with instructions on how/when to R.S.V.P.

What time should we arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Guests may arrive starting at 3:30pm or after, though we request everyone to be seated for the start of the ceremony no later than just before 4:00pm.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Both the ceremony and the wedding reception are taking place at the Barn at Bradstreet Farm in Rowley, MA, located at 239 Main Street, Rowley, MA 01869. Bradstreet Farm is the second oldest continually working farm in the United States! It features a beautiful garden, pond, ceremony location, and the fully-restored 18'th century barn.

What is the wedding dress code?

Wear what makes you comfortable; though dressy-casual to semi-formal would be appropriate. The ceremony will be outdoors in the afternoon in September, followed by an indoor reception in a temperature-controlled barn (respectfully, we ask guests to avoid wearing ivory/whites/cream colors)

What if it rains on the day of the wedding?

The wedding will be on, rain or shine! If it rains, the ceremony will take place indoors, as will the reception. The restrooms are located a short uncovered walk outside of the main reception area, so umbrellas will be available if rain is in the forecast.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is parking onsite at the venue location. There is a short outdoor walk to the ceremony. The reception is a short walk up stairs to the barn. There are two handicapped parking spaces adjacent to the barn. For any guests who may need it, there will be a golf cart available to transport guests directly to the ceremony area.
